Along with a week of dress up days to celebrate Dr. Seuss birthday, we also made some of the following crafts:
We water colored some stripes and then glued on construction paper for truffula trees from The Lorax.
Handprint of Thing 2 from The Cat in the Hat. I printed off some "Thing 1&2" circles from the old google machine to glue on their bellies.

I was VERY impressed with how my kids did with drawing the Lorax and Dr. Seuss by watching a
few youtube videos of how to draw the characters. I think they did awesome for a few 5-6 year olds.
